Heals quickly, see a difference within a day or two.
I have tried many different creams for my dog, this is the only one that seems to stop my dog from itching and helps the regrowth of hair. It smells lovely, don't let the price put you off as it goes a long way. Excellent cream, well worth the money. Does exactly what it says.

Totally healed my dogs itchy, scabby, bald skin
Brilliant cream. See before and after pics. My collie cross developed an itchy scabbed area on her chest, it started very small and the vet gave me steroid cream, but it was useless, she even went bald as the cycle of itch, scratch continued and the area just grew larger as seen in the first photo. I then found this cream and wow! thank god. The after pic is 6 weeks later. No more itching, no scabs and her fur has regrown beautifully! I’m so thrilled, and it probably would’ve been quicker because we didn’t use it as often as suggested. Mostly just twice a day at first and latterly some days not at all. So it’s really excellent stuff, highly recommended indeed.

it works.
Very pleased with the cream at the moment its working and stops my dog licking, and chewing his fur. Even stopped him scratching his ears. I think it might be the smell stopping him. But i like the smell. Hopefully his hair will grow back. I only have a yorkie but i don't think a tube will go very far on a big dog.

I wish I took a before & after!
My rottie’s tail & back was covered in dry skin, open sores & scabs, it was bad! I’ve applied this product 3 times a day thoroughly for 4 days, then got him groomed to get rid of excess skin & loose scabs, the results are amazing! No open sores now, and the redness has decreased by 80% already. He’s much happier in himself too! Saved me a trip to the vet, I will definitely be getting more to have on hand! Thank you so much! I’m still applying it to get rid of the little bits & to keep ontop of it. Thank you again! Highly recommend. Smells great aswell!

It stops my dog licking and biting her legs, slow process of hair regrowth. Paws and legs still red.
After finding this cream and reading the reviews on it - it sounded like a miracle product which would finally CURE my dogs allergies and itching. Every summer my dog spends 3-4 months being affected by allergies and she has continued to scratch, lick and bite her legs and paws leaving them raw. She pulls her fur out and is kept awake at night by this irritation. However, I have been using this cream for about 4 weeks now and although it does stop her licking and biting her paws and legs, her skin is still red and irritated. Also there is a slow regrowth of fur. The biting seems to have got out of control now and I have ended up having to go to the vet and ask them to give her an injection. Maybe it works better on other dogs I have seen in the pictures but not so good for mine.

It certainly works
After purchasing different creams from various websites and from the Vets (the latter usually containing a steroid) I've found Petnat Dermacton Cream. I've used it on Dougal (my Westie) who had an itch under his chin, which was getting worse e.g., the area was getting larger with loss of hair and skin becoming like leather. I literally only used this several times over the course of a couple of weeks and it's completely cleared up - amazing! I also use it on Molly (my other Westie) who has had ongoing problems (since the age of 1.5yrs and she's nearly 8). I will always have to use the cream once a day on her bottom, under her tail and between her back legs. It's been amazing as she no longer scoots (because she's so itchy), which leads to loss of hair and sometimes broken skin and it has also helped keep the yeast at bay under her tail and the skin between her back legs is nice a soft again. Highly recommend this. I like the smell but I don't think they do - well Dougal certainly didn't. It's a nice consistency e.g., not runny but not thick either and so goes on very nicely. Price wise, it may be slightly more expensive but boy it's worth it.

Honest opinion
My nearly 10 year old jug has got some bold patches on his sides and chest, I’ve used this for a while and it hasn’t improved it at all which is a shame I would argue it’s got worse. I would look for a different product personally.First pics are from 4 weeks ago and last 2 are from today, I couldn’t get one of the other side because he wouldn’t move..
