This is an update to the review below. Tongveo customer service got back with me and they have been wonderful. They sent a replacement that seems to have had a firmware update making image setting adjustments possible. Now, the colors and brightness are great out of the box and adjustable for different environments. Motion is smooth and autofocus is fast. Image quality is much better than a stationary 4k name-brand camera this will be replacing. Now, I can say that this is truly one of the best values in a PTZ camera. Remember that this model is USB only, limiting the distance between the computer and camera but for a single camera installation is works great.Previous review:I had bought a similar 3x zoom PTZ camera (different brand) to use at a church. Realizing that 3x zoom is simply not enough along with it being noisy and a bit jerky, I ordered this 20x camera to replace the 3x. At first I was excited to see how smooth and quiet this Tongveo model is. But, compared to the much cheaper 3x, this one's brightness and color were disappointing. The zoom was tight but as the zoom increased the color errors became more obvious. It has an unacceptable blue tint. I contacted Amazon who offered a return but I have also reached out to the seller to see if there are adjustments that could be made. So far, no response from the seller so I will likely be sending it back for a refund and look for better options. First pic is the 20x and second pic is a much cheaper 3x.

Feedback online for this camera is sparse. Wanted to post these first thoughts right away. Quality, so far, seems exceptional. Note the narrow depth from full zoom and perfect focus. Manual focus works great! Image is very sharp colors are good. This was taken in the evening with very muted light. Remote works fine. Goal is to stream a classroom with OBS. Will let you know how that goes!

I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church's livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn't aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I'm glad that I found Tongveo. It's a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support.The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present.We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16' active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go.After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!!I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.
