Easy to take and taste good!

Just opened the bottle and tried two of the gummyies, they are so hard and feel like they’re going to rip your fillings out of your teeth, takes forever to get them dissolved and scared to death they were going to pull fillings out. Don’t know if they’re old or if they just come this way, but what a waste of my money, I won’t put those in my mouth again. The taste is not unpleasant, but just impossible to chew safely.

My doctor recommended magnesium for sleep. I take them about an hour and a half before bed and I actually do get tired now.

I think these are working. I take two at the same time every night to help decompress. They taste good

These taste really good. I got them in hopes that they would help me sleep a little better, but I didn't notice any difference. After reading a bit, I found that too much magnesium can actually have the opposite affect on your sleep. Since I didn't see an improvement in sleep, I've stopped taking them. If. you feel like you need magnesium though, these do taste really good. They are a bit more pricey than a pill version though.

I was told to take this supplement. 2 at night. Ordered another bottle because the bottle empties fast.

Not sure if these gummies were sitting on the shelf too long, but they are hard!! I tried chewing one and I had to unpeel it out of my tooth. The entire bottle appears to have this texture- like a frozen now and later! They are at room temperature. I received other gummy vitamins that are completely fine.
