Got these for my son and has worn them all week to his boxing classes. He said they are very comfortable, breathable, flexibility in the shoe is nice and he really likes the ankle support!I would say they are true to size.

This product can be used for weightlifting, boxing, or wrestling. However, compared to other wrestling and boxing shoes, this one comes from the lower end of them. It's not too shabby and it'll get the job done. Just make sure that you get a size just a little bit lower than your regular shoe size. Otherwise, it is a good pair of shoes.

I had problems with my feet and needed to give support and allow me to continue to train. These did just that. The only thing I would has changed was a way to tie and untie quickly. In Bjj enter and exist the mat all the time. Feels good!
