This is perfect! A daily plan without too much fuss. Al I need is a quick table to fill. One page per day is more than enough. I'm not going to be writing essays. It could do without the Water Intake Section, and I would have preferred to fill in the days myself. Paper quality is great and a pleasant shade of off-white that does not offend the eyes.
