Best knifes made little pricey but well worth the money

What a kitchen knife set and very well made and useable for every day use. Glad I got them.

I've had these knives for over 3 years. I recommend sharpening and stropping them with proper buffing compound if you want them to be REALLY sharp. To be honest, I'd recommend the whole set, if you do lots of varied cooking. Practically, you can probably get buy with just 3 knives: the chef's knife, the short 3-inch paring(?) knife, and the bread knife. Unfortunately, I'm having to buy a few more of the 3-inch knives since my wife has gotten in the habit of using it to open Amazon and other shipping boxes, leaving some glue on it.
