Titanium
The comes in a nice metal container with a foan pad that has cutouts for the keychain holder and one set of rings. Very nice but can't see the need as this is an everyday use item, would have preferred titanium rings instead. Speaking of rings, two sets included, a small set and a bit bigger set made of stainless steel. Did a magnet test and the big set has no attraction but the smaller set is very attracted to the magnet. The keychain itself seems well made and feels and looks like titanium (passes magnet and weight test). The detachment portion of the keychain works well and feels very secure. No accidental detachment seems possible as a pull back motion is required to separate the two parts. While I don't need to detatch the house key from my car key often, it does make the process very easy when I do need to do so.There are a number of these type keychain holders, some added features are used to separate themselves from others. Such as the existence of 360°double-headed rotation (1 would do the job) and the "knife" feature that lets you slit open boxes. The first is a nice feature, I guess but the second seems more of a gimmick. It's too small to be useful and can be a nuisance when detached as the blade is no longer protected and could prick you or your mechanic depending on how you install it.Ultimately I love this item. I did end up using my own (smaller) rings and set up detachment so the bladed end stays with me.

Interesting Concept
It arrives nicely packaged with the choice of two different sizes of key rings to attach to the main mechanism. However, there are no instructions on how the quick release works. After a little fumbling around, I was able to to figure out that you push down on the side with the logo (in very small script) and that releases the other side. The release only works one way and to get it to go back in, the other end needs to be depressed again. Not exactly what I would call "quick release" but it does work. One other complicating factor to consider is that the small nub that gets released has a small pointy edge which could be used to open a package. I'm sure it is sharp enough to cut through tape, but the downside is it is also sharp enough to cut through pockets or clothing. Guess it could also be used as a screwdriver in a pinch as well.Maybe this will hit the checkboxes for someone out there when assessing their EDC needs, but there are far superior quick release keychains available. I would keep shopping unless you specifically want the hidden package opener/screwdriver capability.

Love These Keychains
The RXLUY Titanium Quick Release Keychain, Detachable Double-End Swivel Key Chain, is a great gift. It’s made of strong, lightweight, titanium that will never rust or tarnish. This particular model comes with stainless steel rings, but I prefer the models that come with titanium rings. These designs make it very easy to detach your house keys when you drop your car off for service.

decent value for the money
I have a couple of similar quick release rings, this one caught my eye because it was advertised o have a small blade to open packages. It came in a nice metal box, with stainless steel rings, others come with titanium rings. Its small, great for attaching my house key. I start my car and then have to run inside for a moment a lot. This allows me to leave the car running and just take the house key. I didn't like the blade. It's extremely small, and was not very useful to open any boxes. Its so thin it just pokes a hole, and doesn't go any farther. Maybe someone else will have a better luck with it, but not bery useful for me.

nice enough
nicely packaged for giving.but smaller than I expected and not so easy to get the jump rings on the ends.Comes apart but the knob is smallish and somewhat sharp--it is designed to cut, and so if you separate the key chain, be careful.

Good quality made detachable key chain
The media could not be loaded. I bought this so I could easily detach a set of keys while I'm at work without having to un-clip the entire key set off my beltloop everytime I needed to use them. It seems to work fairly well, the test was could I detach them with one hand and the answer is yes. They come with 4 key rings in all, 2 small and 2 larger ones. The "tape knife" is actually pretty sharp and will cut through packing tape when you are in a bind. I however would use something a bit more stable if cutting taped boxes is a regular task that you will be doing. I've used pens and screws to open boxes when I didn't have a box cutter, this will work better when you don't have a better option.I think $18 is a steep price to pay for something like this. There are many options out there. You can get a 4 pack of a similar style for about $8, keep in mind you often get what you pay for so the piece of mind that your keys aren't gonna fall off in some random spot may be worth the extra $10.
