The fingerprint area is pasted with dustproof film and fingerprint film. Please gently tear off the dustproof film and keep it clean. Do not tear off the transparent fingerprint film, otherwise it will cause fingerprint recognition failure.

How to increase the sensitivity of the screen?

After installing the phone case, make sure that the fingerprint film is attached to the surface without air bubbles, and then reset the fingerprint to maintain the high sensitivity of fingerprint unlocking.

Why do I only receive one front frame with a screen protector?

This S23 ultra case contains two front frames. The one of the front frames without screen protector is pre-installed in the case and you need to separate it from the phone case. NOTE: The case must be used with one of the front frames.
