I really like my ID bracelet. It is beautifully made with engraving that can be customized with your choice of font style. A link can be removed to fit the wearer's wrist; however, it's still a little big. It would be better if additional links could be removed. It takes a long time for shipping, which was somewhat expected because of the personalized engraving. Overall, I like my new medical ID bracelet.

It comes with one removable link but was still too big. No one has answered my inquiry about removing one more link so that my husband can actually wear the medical alert bracelet. The bracelet itself is well made and stylish for a man to wear if only someone could tell me how to remove a link.

I purchased one that was too big took it to a jeweler to take a link out and it’s made so you cannot take a link out and they have a no return policy. Go figure.

Engraved wrong phone number and company would not respond to my email. Will not buy again and would not recommend.

Heavier than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, too easy to take off. But on the positive side, I was able to put all the important info needed for my loved one.
