For anyone building a home gym, this has been a fantastic addition. It provides a great back workout, feels well built, and has been worth every penny. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to others looking for a quality seated row machine. It can hold 150+lbs on each bar easily!

I love this machine. It's easy to use and really does wonders for the back. It's easy to operate, quickly adjusts and is sturdy.

Came in 1 box with pieces clearly labeled and visual assembly manual. Take your time and lay everything out on the floor. Don't fully tighten all pieces until fully assembled. A socket wrench and pliers to hold nut while tightening are helpful. Very happy with this. The trouble with traditional bent-over rows is my lower back gives out before my lats, and chest-supported row on incline bench was awkward to set up. With this machine I can take my lats to full exhaustion without worrying about my lower back.

Metal struts bent within months

Many positive things about this piece of equipment. It was incredibly easy to put together by myself, it was packaged overly well, it’s light enough to move without sacrificing stability, it doesn’t take much floor space, and everything operates smoothly like it should. Many seat and chest pad adjustments make this great for different pulling options. I would recommend this for a home gym. Would purchase again.
