Pleased/would purchase again
i only need one a day as opposed to the two a day suggested. I've been taken this or other brand similar for keeping extremities warm. does the trick. no pain and the size of the pill suits me cuz i chew it rather than swallow it.

It’s Liposomal coated so its a better brand.
I sure hope it’s helping, especially being Liposomal-coated, but I don’t have a Lab so I can’t evaluate properly. Whereas, when I take your B3/ Niacin I can ‘feel’ it working.

Gave Me Heartburn
Might be helpful for some, but instantly gave me heartburn for several hours after swallowing. This is a common effect of ALA and I was privvy to the info, but had to try it. Now I know.
