Super hermoso

I had this defuser sitting in my cart for a while before purchasing. I loved the way it looked and "volcano" function. Finally decided to purchase it and LOVED it for the first month. Literally one month later it stopped working. The motor stopped working completely, the water sits still in the chamber when turned on no matter which function I chose. The remote and light still works but the main function of the defuser -to defuse scents - is entirely gone. For a $45 defuser, i'm super bummed. I should have known better that it would break so quickly and that I was paying for how cool it looks and not how well it works.I have a 10$ defuser that I purchased years ago that still works as well as it did the first time i plugged it in! This $45 one broke within 30 days? Lesson learned!i was lucky enough to be able to contact an amazon support live agent who helped with my return since the window closed the day before. Which didn't make any sense. The product was delivered on the 16th and the window closed on the 15th - the window should have still been open on the 16th.

Super cute in my tween son’s room…while it lasted. Followed all directions, never overfilled with water, etc. Within 3 months the little fan inside won’t spin to propel steam so it’s just a super expensive night light at this point. Very disappointing :(EDIT: After connecting with customer service, I was offered a replacement or refund. This seller will stand by their products!

My son is obsessed with this . The size is perfect . It is beautiful. It was matching with my decoration. The functionality is good . No noise at all

I got this for my mom because she likes these kinds of things. The first one I got only lasted three weeks and quit working. They sent me a new one hopefully it last longer than that.

This item looks awesome and easy to use I love the fact that it has a remote and two different style of dispersing your preferred fragrance and the two different colors for the lights are plus it is great that it has a larger tank so you have to refill it less often works in larger rooms. The only thing I wish is that it felt a little more premium on the outside, but overall it’s a great looking product

Diffuser looks beautiful & was working great until today. Started using it about a month ago and today it started leaking from underneath. Checked all over and there are no cracks or anything so I have no idea where the leak is coming from. Especially since it was never dropped.I really hoped that it would last a little longer considering the price but unfortunately it did not.
