The Hairy Dieters recipe book has a homemade muesli recipe in which natural puffed rice is one ingredient. Kallo Organic Natural Puffed Rice works extremely well. As traditional Quaker Puffed Wheat no longer appears to exist, this recipe at least contains some old memories. The substitute puffed wheat on the supermarket shelves is rubbish.

Great product and service.
I first ordered this online for my Mum who has food intolerances and finds it hard to get locally. Very good product - the price is good and the delivery service is excellent so I now get it for myself and husband as well.

For wheat intolerant people...
This puffed rice cereal is great for those of us who can't eat any other cereal containing wheat, rye, barley etc. They are lovely with a banana sliced on top served with chilled milk! Enjoy!

Excellent for an easy satisfying breakfast
This wholefood puffed rice cereal is ideal for a quick, easy and satifying breakfast. I have it with soya milk and fruit. Ideal for followers of the Harcombe Diet.

Much better than the Swedish softish "Vårgårdaris" and organic, which can't be found in Sweden (maybe to an over-price somewhere).
