This frame is perfect. We recently list our dog to illness, and I wanted a nice mounted frame to hold his photos. This is perfect and the photo looks great in it. Frame came in perfect condition and was extremely well packaged in thick bubbly wrap.

Excellent product, not expensive and good value for money. Purchase several of the same colour to frame prints for the bedroom. One arrived with the glass broken but there was a helpful card in the package giving direct contact details of there was any damage. Contacted immediately and had reply same day, replacement glass arrived within two days, excellent customer service. You can order this product with confidence.

Two of the tags that hold the backboard of the frame in position were wrongly set into the outer edge of the frame, so as soon as you tried to bend them back to release the backboard they snapped off, taking chunks of frame with them! The seller puts a friendly card in saying to contact them if there’s a problem, rather than returning the frame to Amazon. Although I didn’t get a response to the email, I have today received a brand new frame which was beautifully packaged and had obviously been checked to avoid having the same problem. Impressive customer service.

Bought this product many times in the past. They are quick and the quality is good. They come well packed too.

Frames came with scratch marks where the paint was missing and the frame is also not square. The center of the 2 long sides bow out which looks terrible when hanging under each other on the wall.
