Why is the one big green bissell 100.00 more than the other?--one is 399.00, and the other 499.00?

The Big Greens, BG10 (commercial) and the 86T3, are EXACTLY the same machine, both powered by 2 motors. Same power, tanks, capacity, etc. • The BG10 has a detachable cord (yellow) and does not come with the spot cleaning wand. You'll pay extra for these items. • The 86T3 comes with the spot wand accessory and the power cord is not detachable. So unless you need a detachable power cord the 86T3 is the better deal because you get the accessories and you'll save around $100. 5 min on Google and you'll find dozens of comparisons of the two models.

That's gonna depend on your definition of high rate. But I do find the flow rate rather adequate so that you dont have to move the machine at a snail's pace.
