Looks great, but now not working
After a few days the digger attachment broke, now the machine arm isn’t working at all. After receiving it for a birthday the recipient was excited and happy easy to use, research was done and I chose this one as I thought it was good value for money I would like a replacement as we still really like it but not happy I’ve to pay full price and wait for the refund to go through.

Disappointing Christmas present
My grandson aged 7,was so looking forward to playing with this radio controlled excavator, after opening the package on Christmas day, only to be find that one of the lifting arms would not raise or lower. The product was fine otherwise, I will however be returning it,and have ordered a replacement, hoping this will be fully operational.
