Nice and easy to use great fun
After using the engwe engine x for a while and see the engine pro coming down in price I just had to buy it wow so glad I did that extra gear with and the extra power modes what a fantastic ebike I just love it Iām certainly not disappointed with my purchase very happy fast delivery impressive actually š

Do not buy this brand of bicycle
I am writing to warn others about the poor quality of these bicycles and the terrible after-sales service. My bicycle broke down after just one month of use, and I have been struggling for two months to get my money back. The company keeps making excuses and has even told me that they cannot help me until January 5th because of the Chinese New Year, even though I purchased the bicycle in the UK. Please be cautious and avoid buying these bicycles, as you may end up in the same frustrating situation as me. Carlos Ruiz

You should be coupling the bikes or at least offer those services
The problem I have with buying bikes from you guys is that you don't even couple up the parts. It's very discouraging. I'm not gonna be buying bikes from you guys, cos the last one I did, coupling the parts gave me very hard time
