What I liked about this product was the temperature and speed it warmed up. The control indicator informs you how hot the wand currently is and what the desired set temperature is.The wand comes with a good selection of accessories to help achieve good results, all presented in a stylish box to help keep your items together.It’s a great size in length and the barrel itself. The only improvement I would suggest if that for me having long thick hair, the tension on the barrel needs to be stronger. I struggled to keep my hair secure when placing between the barrel and tongue to get enough grip on the hair to start twisting without it sliding out. Having thick hair means I have to take the curl tighter to get a decent end result and I struggled to get enough hold and leverage to achieve this. I could still get a curl but it was looser than I like and didn’t have much staying power due to this. I have a selection of heated hair appliances including wands so I feel it is not my technique or inexperience.

I was impressed at how fast this iron heated up - in less than 60 seconds it was ready to go at a medium temperature which was more than enough to create barrel curls on straight, long hair. I also like that the cord swivels, so you can use it at any angle. I didn't use the protective glove that much but when I did, I was glad it was included. I do wish it came with a heat protective bag or pad so that you can pop it down during use, and of course to allow it to cool after use. I reached for towel in the end which did the job perfectly fine but if you do purchase this curling wand, then it would be best to also invest in a heat-proof pad to ensure you don't accidentally scorch a surface as you place it down when adjusting your hair as you work.

Thеrе's a stand to put thеm on whеn I'm not using thеm, so thеy doesn't harm my surfacеs. Plus, they turn off automatically after an hour, so I don't have to worry if I forgеt. Thеy work еvеrywhеrе I go bеcausе thеy can handlе diffеrеnt voltagеs, making thеm pеrfеct for travеl.Hopе that hеlps

This curling iron surprised me. Heats up quickly, has a twisty cable as to not get knotted up, a stand that can be put out so the iron doesn't touch your surfaces and 2 hair grips. No glove included though. These are for making bigger curls as the barrel is thick and they are long. Personally for me they are a little weighty. Be very careful though as they do get very hot even on lowest setting. All in all they are good and don't tug on the hair or get hair trapped.
