No BioPerine Black Pepper Extract in them!
These have no BioPerine Black Pepper Extract in them which means your body only absorbs a tiny percentage of the Curcumin, get some Bioperine pills and take them at the same time. Excellent Curcumin Supplement + Well Absorbed
I got this for my dog and it seems to be helping her. It has a good amount of curcumin per tablet and it's in a powder form, not a granule form, which i know is absorbed well because when i look at my dogs poo i don't see the yellow curcumin in the poo.When i tried another brand, that used curcumin granules, i would always see the yellow granules in the poo which made me question how well it was actually being absorbed. No problem with this brand.I also purchased some piperine 20mg tablets alongside this, and both seem to be working well together. If you heard that piperine increases curcumin absorption that info is based on a study that used 20mg piperine, yet most curcumin supplements include far less than this (2-5mg piperine) so it might not have the same effect.For this reason i think it's best to buy a high dose curcumin tablet, like this brand, and a 20mg piperine tablet separately.It's also important to take regular turmeric powder alongside curcumin, as turmeric contains many co-factors that are important for making curcumin work properly.

good curcumoid content
I’ve been using these for about half a year now. I’m taking them for anti-inflammatory purposes. To be honest I have no idea if they’re working or not. Sometimes I think yes they are working and other times I think they’re having no effect. I take them with a piperine supplement to try increase absorption. It would be good if the manufacturers included some kind of black pepper in the formula. In terms of curcumoid content and value for money, this one is 665mg curcumoids per tablet which is the best value per mg that I’ve found.

Makes your sweat orange if you take piperine with it!
Really good stuff; I take it with black pepper to aid absorbency and I know that it's getting into my system because I work out extensively at a gym and the waistband on my shorts is stained bright orange.I'd recommend using their promotion of buy 7 and get 15% off........it's a lot of money upfront but at 2 capsules per day you're getting 14 months supply in one hit.

The best around probably. REALLY CONCENTRATED
Excellent product, it's really concentrated, not just basic kitchen curcumin I've a serious reumatic issue and one or 2 pills a day can do a great job. Much better than another I've bought before

Capsules Very Big
Bought these for my father who was battling cancer. He stopped taking them a few weeks before his death as he said the capsules were too big to swallow and they were getting stuck in his throat.

Not sure of benefit
It's difficult to write a review on these because I can't point to the benefits though there may be some. I bought them in the hope they might help protect me from gout attacks, they didn't.

Quality product.
First time with Best Naturals Curcumin Extract 700 Mg but have used other Curcumin products in the past. Taken alongside Best Naturals Bee Pollen Complex and Best Naturals Bee Propollis was most beneficial to ease my back pain which had been unbearable for months. Will be purchasing again when needed. Highly recommend.
