It gets very hot very quickly and makes a fantastic grilled cheese, I also place a graham cracker with chocolate on the cold bottom and then heat the top part and cover and it’ll act like an oven and melt the chocolate or peanutbutter cup for smores. It is a little heavy but it’s made of cast iron so to be expected. Nothing I made stuck to it but I did use butter so as long as you use butter It should be okay I guess. Completely worth the money.
