You never know with shirts online. As far as mediums go this fits perfectly for me. I'm 5'6" 145lb male.Quality seems decent for what it is. I haven't washed it yet but I assume it'll be fine for years. I dig it, now I can confidently order some other Mediums from the same brand on Amazon.
