I love this so far so good!! I use it about 300 times a day opening CBU ( curb side units) for mail delivery. No problems so far and let's hope it last for 1 million more pulls !!!!!

Man so I don't know where to start, I bought the two pack for me and my wife to use at work. I'm a police officer and needed something to carry my office key and car key on while at work, I had a cheap one but it wouldn't ever retract because I have a heavy key fob. This one has no problem whatsoever retracting the set of keys and key fob. My wife uses it at her job at the hospital and is able to keep her work keys and badge on it with no issues either, we both recommend.

Like the reach and attachments. However I do like a belt clip better than the loop carabiner. Less swinging nut knocker.

The media could not be loaded.  I think every company and job that people are given that requires using a badge or keys should be supplied with one of these if not this exact tool it just makes life easier whether you're scanning your badge to clock in or using your keys attached to your purse or pants. This is by far a tool and is so useful.

I hold a box cutter and a sharpie hanging from my apron that I use all day. Never a need to look for something constantly in use. The locking mechanism is helpful.
