Was looking for a waterproof mattress pad that wasn’t rubbery or noisy to sleep on. Took a change on this one as the reviews seemed decent and I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality. This has the a soft waterproof backside which is flexible but not super rubbery. The top side is a soft fabric texture. Fit the king size bed perfectly. Was not hot to sleep on and no noise while moving around in bed. It’s not super thick, almost lightweight and definitely will be waterproof and protect the mattress. Good value for the price I paid.

Our cat loves to come pee on the bed if she slips through to the bedroom :(This helps protect the matter.It is probably just as effective with kids and elderly.Once you place it on the mattress you do not feel it.We bought it for all of our bedrooms. It is not expensive and made of great material. The size fit perfectly and easy to put and take out.There is no smell to it, we can wash it easily and perfect thickness.Very highly recommend.

It does that job, and it definitely prevent water from getting through, but another one i had purchased from a store a long time ago was a lot better. this almost feels more like a thick pad as opposed to a waterproof lining.

So far I have no complaints. Fits my thick mattress with a topper. I’ll have to keep an eye on durability but so far I’m happy with it.
