Very Happy
I suffer with poor grip so to aid with my lifting weights and pull ups I purchased the hooks and boy dose it help. The material is strong and well made, the wrist strap has a comfortable soft internal padding and the hook fits nicely into the palm of the hand. Very happy and highly recommend purchasing.

Great grip support for tired fingers. Fits well and product has a robust feel.

I’m glad I bought this for helping hanging by my arms for 2 minutes before I can attempt a pull-up, the grip support means the rest of my arms and upper body can also be training while building your grip.

Ok for lighter weights
Originally bought these to make it easier to use on rubber handled machines which they do as conventional straps require wrap and twist which is a nuisance, however the hooks sit in your fingers rather than deep in your palm and when weight gets heavier it becomes very uncomfortable and you can feel them slipping down no matter how tight you strap them so for these reasons I’m going say they are not very good and will be sticking with conventional or figure of 8 straps

腰痛持ちで腰を伸ばすため鉄棒などにぶら下がる時握力が持続せずすぐ落下していたが、この商品を使用してぶら下がるとそこまで握力がいらず楽にぶらさがれるようになり、しっかりかつじっくり腰が伸ばせるようになった。 なんか情けないレビューになってしまったけど、腰痛持ちの人で楽に腰を伸ばしたい人にはおすすめです。

Gear works as intended. Smaller users will need to wrap the straps pretty tightly around wrists for the gloves to grip as intended. The sensation when the gloves are supporting most of your weight takes some getting used to.
