Very poor build and unsafe
The plastic was very poor and did not feel safe at all to ise or leave un attended, the plug was a cheap two pin and the electric fence was only on one side which means that you”ll need to place against a wallI would stongly recommend against this and for just a little more you are bet6er off with something that works, will last and is safe

Run one bulb at a time for longevity.
The original bulbs lasted an insanely long time, several years and burning 24/7. Replacement bulbs don't last very long. But, if you just run one bulb instead of two, they will last far, far longer. One bulb has plenty of attracting power to get bugs on to the zapper grid. Do realize the bulbs themselves don't do the zapping, they just attract bugs to the unit. The electric grid zaps. The thing works best if you run it at night and it is the only light on. Any other light that is on will attract the bugs also. If this is the only light on, it will get almost every bug in the house within the first hour after you go to bed. It works marginally during daylight hours and at night with other lights on. We run it from 7PM to 7AM and it cleans out all the bugs. You can run it 24/7 and especially with one bulb if you wish.

Great Customer Service
Unit works great. Every ZAP is so satisfying. Yes the zap is loud but not jump scare loud. It is a soft glow in the corner of the room that might seem bright for a day or two but it becomes "normal" and blends in after a couple of days and you forget it is even there until the satisfying zap of death to an annoying blood sucker. I would 100% recommend this product especially because my unit had an issue of lights burning out after a couple of days and when I contacted the company they resolved the problem and are sending another unit. The customer service is great and they stand behind their product.
