The media could not be loaded.  This projector is a big step up from my last projector.Starting up:I tried 2 different ways to connect the projector to my devices: 1) wirelessly and 2) with the HDMI cable. 1) When connecting wirelessly, I made sure that the projector and my laptop or phone were connected to the same wifi network. This allowed my device to screen mirror onto the projector. I noticed that the option to screen mirror only showed up when I was in the Multiscreen>Mac or IOS window. 2) My mac doesn’t have an HDMI port so I had to buy an adapter separately for it, but it was definitely worth it! When I connect my laptop to the projector via HDMI, I can view movies/shows on Hulu and Amazon Prime! This is one of my favorite aspects of this projector because the last 2 mini projectors I’ve had didn’t allow that due to copyright limitations.Image and Sound:The image is so clear even with the windows open during the day! From my experience with mini projectors, this is very hard to find for an affordable price. The sound is also so very nice and crisp. No static or muffling and it’s loud enough to use alone. However, if you’re watching with a bigger group or plan to sit far from the projector itself, I’d definitely recommend connecting your projector to a speaker so that everyone can hear it clearly :)Battery:I love the battery!! It is SO convenient especially when I want to have a movie night outside where there are no outlets. Just be sure to charge it after using it so that it’s fully charged for the next time you may want to use it spontaneously.Overall a really good mini projector. I'm happy with my purchase! :)

In order to get a good image, I need to elevate and angle the projector. The image is dim even with all my lights turned off at night. The battery couldn’t even get us through one episode of Bosch. It didn’t work with my DirecTV. I used FireStick. I wanted to use this outside with my DirecTV system which works on an outdoor TV. I wanted to project larger image onto screen for a drive-in effect. This doesn’t work that well.

2nd Update - Well, the light would stay solid for only about 10 minutes at a time and then start flashing again. I babysat it for several hours and it still doesn't seem to be holding a charge. When I have time, I'll call amazon again and figure out what to do. I may have just gotten to bad units. bummer.Update: The light has now stopped flashing! Crossing my fingers this works. I'll definitely update again. I was starting to think they sent me two faulty units. Staying hopeful! I am unable to rate the quality of the actual projector at this time. The setup instructions say to plug the charging base into a type c cable connector to power supply. Upon plugging in, there is a flashing red light. The manual said this indicates prolonged charging or a faulty battery, try disconnecting and reinserting. None of this trouble shooting worked. When attached to the projector (with film removed) and the projector is on, it says that it is requiring charging, battery low. So I was sent a replacement. The replacement is doing the exact same thing. Very frustrating the product won't work for the purpose I needed it for as a cordless device. I can't contact the company directly either, and their online videos do not address this issue. I'm hoping to find some other customer videos that might be helpful . Too pricey for all the trouble of simply trying to charge the thing.

Projector works as expected. Only problem is the battery. I fully charged the battery on arrival as instructed and projector will work on battery power if you use right away, but if you don't use it for a couple of hours the battery is dead. No other reviews mention this, so I'm thinking I got a bad battery. Just emailed the seller to find out if this is the way its supposed to work.Update: No response from manufacturer, tried another email I found in the manual and came back undeliverable. Have sound on some shows but not others on the same platform. Picture looks good, but with battery not holding a charge and not having sound on shows I want to watch and no support, it’s being returned.

I must say at this price this Projector is Amazing! The picture quality is Beautiful. To the focus , Brightness, color etc etc and inputs this projector is a must . Small enough to travel with it if needed and just perfect all around.

I'm giving this 5 stars particularly because their customer service is highly responsive. I initially had issues with the first battery sent with the projector. It just kept blinking red light and was not able to charge despite being plugged in overnight. The projector was working well only via dc and I purchased this specifically for the battery so I can use it while camping.I thought I'd end up returning the projector but a quick email to their customer service, a few troubleshooting steps guided by their cs, and they sent me a new battery.Was advised to clean the adhesive after removing the plastic sricker and it worked! The battery works for exactly 2 hours before turning off which is good for a typical movie.Thanks to CS Aniya for sending the battery replacement and working with me in troubleshooting the battery!BTW, the projector works 100 - 240volts. It's decent enough to use even during the daytime as long as light isn't directly on the screen. You also need a tv stick to watch Netflix, Disney+ etc. due to copyright.Overall, this was a good buy

Pros: small compact/ nice speaker / great size / picture quality is okay but not HD in my opinionCons: this doesn't support Dolby digital sound. if you want to plat app's such as amazon prime or a blu ray you must change the setting on your app or blu ray player. otherwise you wont have any sound coming out. Took me the whole night to figure it out since the directions it comes with are terrible!! I wouldn't suggest paying full price for this.I will be using during camping so the small size / and extra battery was the selling point to me. I have bought other projectors for less price with better picture quality.
