Great
I make a lot of blueberry wine, this makes it fairly strong, not dry (I hate dry wine) plus it keeps the sweetness and taste of the berries very well. My wine comes out clear every time depending on the yeast to sugar ratio it works fast too.

Red star premier classique yeast
I followed the directions on the packet. The yeast did not activate. It was dead. Luckily I had another type of yeast on hand so I was able to use that. Big disappointment!

It is working
I chose this yeast because the yeast that comes with the kits doesn't give me a dry wine. Hopefully this one will. Time will tell.

Single pack - Buyer Beware
Buyer beware, most companies sell 10 packs for this price, but THIS IS A SINGLE PACK. Came in a bubble-wrapped sheet, so they obviously do this a lot. Without a thorough review of listing, you may make the same mistake, so don't. AVOID.
