Wow, definitely get this
Ok, I am not a smoker and got this for a friend who wanted to quit. I was given one to have because I do vape. This thing is so awesome. Here are some pros: 1. Taste good and refreshing peppermint flavor, 2. No smoke or vape 3. Small and convenient So far have had no issues with it and it gives the satisfaction of vaping. I've noticed the flavor wears pretty quickly though. Kind of sucks because they are spendy for the few days of use, but I do like it. Def recommend.

don't bother, if you are a smoker, if you are just a fidgeter, might be perfect
this is not your answer. At least they aren't really expensive, and maybe it is worth trying for you. for me, no. if you are using it to replace actual cigarettes, the slim design will be annoying, not close enough to the real thing, as far as hold feel and that part of the habit. vapors, don't even bother, between the tiny plastic twig feel, not helpful, to the barely there if static had a flavor, that hits once, and is gone, you might as well just get a straw, it would be more satisfying.

A good vape replacement if you’re trying to quit
I’m on nicotine patches at the moment, and these have helped a lot with the hand to mouth thing. It’s been a good balance so far and I enjoy the mint flavor.

Allowed me to quit vaping
My initial thoughts were it's tiny and hard to inhale. But I think I was just upset it wasn't like my actual vape. After using it a couple of times I learned to really like the mint. I quit vaping cold turkey and I don't think I could have done it without these. The cap on it is nice as it acted as a fidget thing for me, I also like the freshness of the mint - it's nice to inhale and blow out your nose too. It definitely took care of the hand to mouth fixation as well. The only thing I don't like is they are small so I lose them all the time, thankfully they eventually turn up. I got the three pack of mint and they have lasted me over a month. I thought about getting another pack but at this point I've pretty much kicked the need! :)

Best for quitting and staying quit
If your ready to quit these are the best things ever. They do not feel like a vape, it will not replace the taste of a vape but if you are quitting they are the best option. I quit almost a month ago after a 6 year addiction. These are amazing. They help me not miss or crave it.

ZERO STARS if I could
I was really hoping these were going to be good. I guess if you are looking for that 'menthol hit' to the back of your throat, these do that. Can't say they do anything else. There was no grapefruit flavor, actually, no flavor at all. Not even a slight citrus smell. I had my family test them as well, they said it was like a vicks inhaler but not as strong. It really was the worst purchase for the money. If it's the 'hand to mouth' that you are looking for, you might as well just buy some of those small pencils or a brushing stick, at least those might have more flavor.

Got 2 instead of 3 with strong soapy flavor
So to begin with, I started at 3 stars because I only got 2 when I was supposed to get 3. The box was open on both ends, but this was inside a sealed plastic package that was inside an Amazon shipping envelope. They lost another star when I tasted it. The first flavor that hits the tongue is definitely spearmint, for all of 2 seconds, but the second flavor is a soapy perfume taste that lingers. I can feel the tingle and if I kind of aim it at the back of my throat as I inhale it does hit kind of like a menthol, but the flavor is pure chemical as it hits the back of the throat. Similar to what I would imagine actually tasting an essential oil would be. Pungent and leaves an aftertaste. The ingredients list is unclear. All I could find on the box or the product description was "natural flavors" and "no additives," but nothing that breaks down exactly which natural flavors, the origin of those "natural flavors," or exactly how much of the product's flavoring is made from natural ingredients. There also is not a description on what "additives" is meant to entail. Are they referring to the fact that there are no added synthetic flavors or just referring to the fact that this is nicotine free? It could be natural flavoring with synthetic flavors, have low quality natural flavors from unknown origins, could have non food grade essential oils that were derived from plants that were grown with pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. I just need to know more about the ingredients I am inhaling. Airflow is okay but could be better. I wish it was adjustable. Could easily make the bottom piece double layered with a couple holes in it so that you could twist it to adjust the air flow. Or even just put a couple holes in it in general without double layering and ppl could cover the hole with their fingers for less air or uncover for more.
