What an excellent devise. Fits easily and stays on all night. High quality fabrics. A definate yes for sleep apnea patients.

The chin strap is well made and was shipped quickly. My problem is I use a BPAP machine and the chin strap does not play well with my harness. not the fault of the strap, by itself it fits good.

This item is poorly designed in my opinion. The earholes are just begging to be the weak point in this chin strap. The material seems to be durable enough and is stretchy. The velcro closure is secure. The only problem that I see as of now is the earhole area and how easily the material tears from the stretching in this area.While comfort is fine and I haven't had any issues with the strap moving around while I sleep, the tears in the earholes are forcing me to adjust it tighter and tighter to make up for the lost elasticity. This is becoming a vicious cycle with the tears growing and then needing to tighten the strap even more...and so on and so on.While I'm still using it and it still actually works, I seriously have to question this item's durability. Seeing as how it started tearing the first week I used it, just a couple of days after I started using it actually, I can't imagine it being usable much longer. So far it's been about 1 month. Let's see how it looks in about another month though. Not too enthusiastic about that.Overall, I would give it a couple of stars simply due to it actually working and doing what it advertises: allowing me to sleep without interruption. However, due to the tearing and durability questions the 2 stars I rated it are very tenuous.Would I buy it again? Only if they find a way to reinforce the earhole areas. I actually would be willing to pay a little more for this item if I see this maker do that. Until then, I'll be looking for another style/brand when I inevitably need another one....very soon.

This looked like a good design, but they are so slippery that they slide right off my hair. Also, the ear openings are not quite large enough and hurt my ears. I gave up using them after a week.

Comfy. If you gotta wear a Cpap might as well get a comfortable, lightweight, well-fitting chin strap. Hubby says this one works well cuz it’s not too hot.Velcro lets you adjust it to your head size.

The chin straps helps a lot, but some time it slip off and it doesn't fit around my ears.

The heavy material and wide strap makes this a more than a little uncomfortable for my use. The tightness needed to keep the mouth closed puts pressure on the skull and I awake with a mild headache.

It's very comfortable, works a lot better than my last one
