They are very good and far beat rubber alternatives which either don’t fully block noise or fall out whilst you’re sleeping. The large pack lasts a while. The only downside is they do make your ears sore after a while, despite using a new pair each night. That might just be personal to me but they can become itchy. I’d definitely recommend these over expensive single pair plugs if you need absolute silence when sleeping.
