What's all the hype?
Taking for neuropathy pain relief. I haven't noticed effectiveness for the 2 months I've taken this. Easy enough to take.

Horbach is my go-to for inexpensive supplements.
Buying inexpensive supplements is risky since a lot of companies put FAR less or even none of the ingredient that is claimed. Horbach is one of the few companies I've found that is not only inexpensive, but also seems to be honest about what is in their products.

Excessive use of fillers
2 capsules daily = 200 mg, 30 day supply exp 07/2026 I switched to the stabilized R-ALA because of its greater bioavailability. Carlyle makes great products, some of which I'm currently taking. After testing this product for AmazonVine, I now get the Carlyle R-Lipoic Acid 200mg through Amazon Subscribe & Save. When deciding which supplement to buy, I consider not only the seller/brand but the price point per dose for which Carlyle gets top marks. My issue with Carlyle products is their excessive use of fillers. As with my other Carlyle supplements, the the 2 capsule dose could easily fit into 1 capsule. I'm currently looking into other quality brands that are competitively priced.

Seems to be REAL R-Lipoicacid. ONLY R-Lipoic Acid is the REAL thing. This is a very nice product at a reasonable price...
