Great quality, very effective and an absolute lifesaver when I used this for my driving lessons.

I do not use for sleep quality but I do have to say it keeps my anxiety down to a better level when taking it. I love the taste and now would not be without it. It is so useful that you can pop it in your handbag or pocket in case of emergency. I know Nelson's do an ordinary Remedy dropper but this one seems to work for me

I mean I didn't notice a difference in worry/anxiety but I can see how it would be calming when used repeatedly. 4* because its really easy to use, good size and tastes nice + The flavour is super nice. If you like lemon you'll like this. I put it straight on my tongue + It's great value for money. I got mine for under £5. That's a good price when you search for it in other shops + Very portable and easy to keep in bag + Good dropper - don't expect to notice an instant difference

I bought this for my 2-year-old after having surgery on her finger (post-trapped in a fire door incident); it changed her mood within a day and helped her sleep and regulate her emotions. It got her from screaming nightmares of the incident, regressions, screaming and biting. To within a week... maybe two for the best results of her nightmares subsiding and her breathing through her anger and fear and talking instead. This product gave me my little girl back. THANK YOU!

I bought this because I had an important day ahead and needed maximum brain function. I felt like it worked!! It Might have been in my head, who knows!! Infact who cares, I was firing on all cylinders so it was worth it

Not the same as it used to be

Got this to help with nerves on driving lessons and honestly I'm so suprised how good it works! Even if it is just placebo 😂 any lesson I've done without taking this prior have been awful because I get so anxious bur when I take it my nerves don't get the better of me. I put it under my tongue the quickly drink some coke so I don't taste it and I don't get any awful after tastes
