Nice layout, easy to follow, slightly come recipes

Nice book but the recipes (in my opinion) are way too complicated for anyone normal to be able to cook!!!!

Anyone who watches the Masterchef programme will know what to expect from this cookbook, but for those of you who don't:The recipes in this are great recipes but often with a difference. They can be simple ingredients but put together in a different way, or something stunning to catch attention. You will not find usual recipes made in the usual way. Personally I loved it and the mix of recipes offered. The only disappointment I had was that I would have liked to see a picture for each recipe as it is not always easy to know how the recipe has been put together.

Again, this is a present for a person, and I will not know their raction, or their assessment, until after Xmas.

My son bought this in good faith as a Christmas present. It turns out to be for the US series not based on the UK entrants. The recipes are not english measures and the contestants unheard off, this and the fact that some ingredients are going to be impossible to find make this a useless gift. Unfortunately how do i tell him? Thanks amazon, you should make it clear to the buyer as i see i am not alone in this disappointment.I'll be trying to return the item and get a UK version as a replacement ASAP.
