This cleaned up the head of my HP nicely, which unfortunately still doesn't work. Mybe not the cleanup kit's fault.

Missing Pieces
Had this item for about a week. Have 2 identical printers that claim their is something wrong, so I am guessing it's dried ink in the printhead. Anyway, I must have received someones return because the bottle of cleaning solution was empty and no tubing to connect the syringe to the printhead nozzles.

Fixed my print problem. New printer not needed
I was prepared to toss my printer and purchase a totally new one which I hated to do as I was. It sure a new one would take the cartridges I had in stock.Well I followed the direction as well as referred to YouTube videos and all I really needed to do was clean the print heads to again restore the full functionality of the printer.The cleaning process was easy and didn't take much time to do it.

Not as advertised
Had to order a second kit just to get another 250ml solution to bring up the soaking level in the Large Square "petri dish" without a "fill to" line to soak the printer head. The dish provided was shallow with a large square profile that needed 500 ml solution to submerge the ink ports. Had to purchase a second kit just for a needed extra 250ml solution.
