These are for your heart and health
According to Dr. Sherry Rogers book, take vitamin c and these E-gems before bedtime and together they will help clean out your veins. (Her book: "The High Blood Pressure Hoax". Page 37.) Lots of good things come from these E-gems. I highly recommend them.

I took this Vitamin E- Gems for about 2 months then I went to do my blood work for a cholesterol check up.
