Q: Is this fish toy noisy?

Q: When do you turn switch off?

It stops on its own if not being played with. Or you unzip it and turn it off that way.

Q: When the electric device it on, the tail does not move. It was fully charged and turned it off and back on. How can this be fixed?

Turn on the switch on the internal battery compartment and then slap the fish belly. Also possibly the batter is not charged, please use another charging cable. Any questions, please feel free to contact seller. Thank you.

Q: Is it appropriate for a 2yo?

My 10 month old grandson loves it! I also like it because it comes with a charger. If not being played with, it will stop moving after a few seconds. Then he will touch it, and it flops all over the place. They also sell these as cat toys, so make sure you get one that doesn't include catnip. I ordered him the orange fish that reminds me of "Nemo" because of the bright colors. Great purchase! Lots of entertainment!
