So disappointing. Horrible condition.
This was not new. Deliver in plain box, not a Rachel Ray box as it should have been. Most items were not wrapped or cardboard between items. Not even separated from each other in some cases. The pot just sitting in the pan. Both with scratches.Looks like the big pot-someone beat on it. Dents on the pan were pretty intense. One pan had major paint chips on the outside. Quality of these pans...horrific.I'd give it a ZERO stars if I could.Returning it. Very disappointed.

I love this set but it’s wrong one. Had to buy one pan separately bc it wasn’t in the box
