These are alright. Don’t get very hot how I like. I use them mostly for cramps and they don’t meet my satisfaction for the heat needed for relieving cramps.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and longevity of these heat patches. I applied one at 7:15 a.m. before leaving for work and it was still warm when I returned home around 4:30 p.m. The size was just right, and I appreciated that they adhered to my underwear rather than directly to my skin. They were so comfortable that I often forgot I was wearing one, and they were barely noticeable. While I'm not entirely sure about their effectiveness in pain relief, they provided a comforting distraction. They were very cozy and warm, and I would definitely consider repurchasing them.
