My daughter is 2. Shes 32.5 in weighs 28 lbs. She has a stalkier build. Not sure if i should order the 2/3 or the 3/4? her chest measurement is 20.5.

I would recommend you order the 3/4. :)

I have a tall (41in) skinny 3yo. She's 3t tops but 4t pants for length. Should I do 3-4 or 4-5?

I would definitely go w/ the 4-5. My 5yo is 42 inches tall, and we went with the 5/6...it's only slightly big, so I'm glad we went with the next size up.
