No nasty after-taste
After my doctor recommended that I start taking a daily vitamin (later 20s) I found these and they had all the correct amounts of everything she suggested. They have been pretty good so far. I had friends tell me to be careful because you can get "fishy burps" from daily vitamins, but I haven't had that issue. The bottle says to take with a small meal and I HIGHLY suggest that you do what it says. I have, on more than one occasion, taken them before breakfast and had to walk quickly to the kitchen to grab a cracker or two because I felt sick to my tummy. Overall if you do what it says, they work very well.
