I ordered this hair to make myself a set of locs. I wanted them to be as seamless as possible but the commonly used Afro-kinky hair was too kinky for me. This curl pattern more closely aligned with my 4b pattern plus I wanted to leave the ends curly just like my last set of natural locs. I ordered 14 inches accidentally; I intended to order a longer length because it is thinner at the ends so it doesn’t truly feel like the actual length even though technically it is. To make up for it, each loc is essentially a 2-in-1, lengthwise. The hair does have a smell to it so I washed it right away which didn’t completely get rid of the smell but did make me feel better about knowing that it was clean. From there I dyed 2 of the 3 bundles (and they are healthy sized bundles as I was about to double the length of each loc and still have some hair left over) with L’Oréal HiColor. From there I washed it, conditioned it and blow dried it and it looked exactly how my natural hair looks when blow dried. I created each loc while the hair was still on the track, customizing it to each section of my already parted hair (a huge benefit over purchasing premade locs), cut it off of the track then installed it with a crochet needle. Once the install was complete, I washed it again and was pleased to find that the curls reverted back, something I was curious about after I blow dried it. It truly functions like natural hair and I treated it as such as far as conditioning it just like I would with my natural hair. And finally, I neatly retwisted the locs which came out soft and seamless, just like I wanted. So for about $70 and a few days of labor, I did what would have easily cost $1000 or more (rightfully so, btw) so I’d definitely say I got value for my money. Also, yes there is some shedding but natural hair sheds so I wasn’t too concerned because again, I did my entire head, doubled the length and still have some left over. I did only give 4 stars because after all that washing and product, I feel like it still has a little bit of a smell to it and I don’t not usually wear weaves so I have no clue how long that’s going to last.

The length is inaccurate the 14inch is a 11 and the 12inch is the same the 10 is a 8inch I don’t recommend buying this product and the hair smell. Im very disappointed will not buy from the vender again!!

I like it, only got one bundle to add to a wig. It’s great. Only reason I will not give it 5 stars is because the curls aren’t the same throughout the bundle. They are looser towards the weft. Which is usually a no for me. Other than that good.

Girl, this Mongolian kinky curly hair is the real deal! The texture looks just like 4C hair and blends in so clean, you can’t tell what’s mine from what’s the bundles. It’s soft, full, and the curls pop with just a little water. Honestly, I didn’t even have to do much. If you want something natural-looking and easy to manage, this is it

Feels like human hair Smells like the shop Curl is Not remotely close to 4c Ends are, I’m assuming supposed to be 4c but it’s all falls off with brushing I’m most disappointed about how it’s not even close to being 4c but it’s a light brown!! Even worse it seems to have splashes of bleach on one of them. That one also seems to be slightly lighter then the other two and obviously doesn’t match my hair. I’m thinking of returning and buying a new one but at what cost? Btw it does have the usual couple strands of different color in it that I’ve grown used to from human hairs/K am aware of it and that’s. It the color issue. Update 1/13/2026 Sheds so bad I was going to reduce another start but it’s already at 2/4. It has so many filler pieces that even after finding a whole bunch that should be enough for all three it still has way more. And come to find out that filler was from just one bundle. And the “4c” part of it at the end can not be human hair all of it fried off and or tangled and fell off. I even broke a comb… (will add pics eventually)
