They work in a pinch. I prefer the ones already mixed. These tend to taste a little vitamin-y which Im not a fan of. 5 stars because it does what its supposed too. 3.5 because of the sometimes gritty leftovers

Good for rehydration
It does taste good but it does not shake up well in a 16.9 ounce bottle works better than a 20 ounce still taste a little chunky and a 16.9 ounce bottle

Shake to mix
Best if used in a water bottle. Mix in hot water for best distribution and let cool.
