I have had this pillow for four days and have been sleeping on it for four nights, so I haven’t had it for long.What I noticed about this pillow is its heaviness. It is unusually heavy, so moving it around with one hand can be tricky. Some of you may agree with me or disagree with me on this part, lol.The pillow comes encased in its own pillowcase, but I also put it into one of my own pillowcases.I did not smell any unusual smells coming from the pillow on the first day that I unboxed it.By the way, the pillow comes in its own box, but Amazon also feels the need to package it with their own humongous box.If you’re not worried about neighbours seeing what you purchased, I’d choose the option at checkout to have the pillow delivered in its own box, if the option is available to you.Much more easier to dispose of said box later on.In terms of comfort, it is amazing. I recently visited my mother and slept on her couch and so I ended up with a stiff neck and plenty of discomfort when turning my head for weeks afterwards.That is what initially gave me the push to purchase this pillow.I am both a side sleeper and back sleeper and whichever way I turn, I hardly feel any discomfort with my neck.I have found that I can fall asleep quite easily with this pillow.

I was waking up with a very sore neck. This fixed that. It did take a few nights to get used to it, and it is very expensive for a pillow, but given I now wake up without neck pain it is worth every penny.

Finally, a pillow that truly provides maximum support, pain relief, and comfort. I bought this after seeing many reviews describing it as the best pillow they've had for neck problems and I'm pleased to confirm that's true for me as well.I've had chronic neck pain for about a decade now, having done everything from xrays, MRIs, physio, chiropractic, to nerve medication. And I've invested in many ergonomic / expensive pillows (some other memory foam ones from Tempur too), but was still waking up with a stiff/sore neck. After a series of bad mornings and days, my husband prompted me to try this one with the raised neck support, and it immediately helped! No pain in the following mornings since.One note about sizing - I'm 164cm, medium build, and so I got the 'M' at first but it was far too low / small. Changed it for an 'L' and it was perfect. There doesn't seem to be an 'S' size, so it seems the sizing shifts up by one.

Smaller than standard pillow but very good for neck position and preventing clenching jaw and subsequent toothache

This is the second one I have purchased as left my usual pillow at a friends place, miles away. You just cannot beat Tempur for comfort & support. Take my pillow away with me (embarrassingly for my husband) as nothing else compares for a decent sleep. Won’t sleep on anything else.

This is the best pillow. First time I bought one in 2005 . I used the same until 2022 when I bought an other, chieper... Lost the money! Now I bought again the original and I will never change it!
