Bronchial Dry Salt Inhaler Lower Respiratory Cleanser Inhalo

I have occasional asthma, brought on my mold and smoke, both irritants encountered sometimes when traveling. I find salt inhalers effective at breaking up the resultant congestion. However, the ceramic ones are heavy and not always easy to take along on trips. This little item is light, easy to carry in a bag or pocket and works for me to get relief from congestion. My husband similarly finds his useful on his longer business trips.If you find salt inhalation an effective treatment for congestion, then this may also work for you as a portable, in-pocket device. Just be aware that it is a salt inhaler, not a spray or other type inhaler. Salt inhalers usually need about 15-20min a day to treat congestion. This one is no different but I find I can combine it with the larger inhalers when necessary I.e. Use the larger one am/pm and this, if out of home during the day and so build up the 20mins, if I do not intend to do it all at once. It is also effective as a stand alone device i.e. to use for the full time by itself.It does need specialized refills but they are currently reasonably enough priced. However, the description does not explicitly state that these refills are needed and thus constitute an ongoing expense. Hence the one star deduction.However, if you find salt inhalers effective and if you travel or are away from home regularly, then this little device is useful to have on hand.

Not crazy about it. I can't really say if it helps much or not because it is such a nuisance to use it enough for it to be effective. Maybe it's helpful for some people but for me it was a waste of money and I don't really use it.

Been using for a week or two and have seen little change in my cold or breathing patterns. It was worth a try.

Its ok, it got me on the right road you might say. I decided to try a decongestent inhaler after this. Then I tried the generic tiny 10mg zertec tablets that I use daily and zicam decongestant aloe vera spray a couple times a week.salt inhaler did not provide the level of support a chemical/drug therapy would provide

I ordered this because I was having trouble breathing and thought it could help. It does not help for me.

Not really what I expected. I used it accordingly and didn't see much of a difference. Would I purchase it again? No. It looks cool tho

Got it today. Delivery time was great. I used it right away and wow! I have asthma and was looking for a natural way to control it and not rely on my albuteral so much. I don't like taking the regular "control" medication because it makes me feel horrible and haven't been using it. Right away I could feel it helping and even now my breathing feels smoother and I'm expelling phlegm from my lungs. I only realized that there was a little plastic piece blocking it halfway through so the 1st half of my session was at half strength. 😶 oops!I'm going to use it for the 21 days as directed and then get the refill. Breathing like this is wonderful! 😁Bonus= it doesn't cost a fortune.

I don't know how well this is going to work since I just got it, but one thing I didn't notice when I ordered it is that you have to use this 15-20 minutes per day. (They generously allow you to break this into 3 sessions of 7-10 minutes per day.) So it's not like a real inhaler, it doesn't work right away.
