The big issue with this item is that the instructions are awful. There are no written instructions, just a series of small, not very clear pictures. I have an extensive tool chest and had to use tools that a lot, and almost certainly most homeowners, would not possess. It is designed to be put together with just one correct size Phillips screwdriver (not supplied). However that would not be easy and could well result in damage. The fits are snug, especially the wheels. In order to do this with appropriately restrained force, I used a large soft impact hammer. I also used it in conjunction with a large brass drift. With these tools I put the unit together without damaging it. It is now Fall, and we have shut off the outside water in Minnesota, so I will find out if the seals are sound with no leaks in the Spring. But it looks a satisfactory design. The handle is not hinged which is a mistake. So to turn the handle down you have to remove it and reinsert it the other way, and reverse the process before using the unit. That is awkward design.I got this unit together without undue difficulty, and the design appears reasonably robust. I fear many will not find it straightforward putting this together, and I suspect some will do damage in the process.

Very light weight material. Very difficult to rewind the hose. No short hose to attach to the hose bib on house. Fittings leak
