Very sturdy
It does easily and remotely fold down and unfolds. The mobility is seems safe. The one negative is that it seems heavier than advertised and I'll have difficulty loading it into my car on my own.

Appalling customer service and Rude Supervisor
READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS BEFORE BUYINGI bought the Falcon fold up mobility scooter via Amazon from Green Power after a short while the battery wasn’t lasting so I bought a spare then the scooter stopped folding so I called a Greenpower it is still under warranty so parts are free however I had to pay £95 call out for an engineer. When I spoke to Green power they asked me to check the two key fobs and the back manual button while on the phone but it wouldn’t fold. The engineer came and changed the black box but although the buggy would fold it immediately unfolded again and he said it needed a new switch but he didn’t have one with him I thought he would come back with one but when I didn’t hear anything I called green power they said it would be a new call out so I would need to pay another £95 I spoke to a supervisor and tried to explain that it was all part of the same problem and he should have bought the part with him as he didn’t resolve the issue but she spoke over me just repeating that I needed to pay £95 she wouldn’t listen to me she said the engineer had reported that the switch was broken with half the switch missing the switch was perfectly in tact when I called them on the 7/4 and I hadn’t used the scooter since the engineer had to take the scooter from my garage and lift into the back of his van so he may have broken it she said no he hadn’t as he’d sent a photo so I said are you saying I’m lying then? then she put the phone down very rude and unprofessional! I phoned back and asked to speak with a manager she said it would take up to 24 hours I said it needed to be immediate or I would be putting my reviews online she said if I did that she could take action against me I said why as I’m only speaking about my experience which is the truth. I’m still waiting for the call I don’t know if they are sending the switch or what’s happening and meanwhile I can’t use my s poster for the purpose I bought it for as I can’t collapse it to go in my car so upsetting.I have since seen and read many bad reviews about this company and especially the customer services and supervisor as well as a BBC watch dog programme that was aired about them in Feb 2025 I wish I’d seen these before I’d bought my scooter! Be warned!!

Only for round streets. No suspension. No lights.
Far too heavy for older people to put in car or lift

It is heavier than it looks
It's a great scooter, is easy to use, and the automatic folding function makes it easy to put away. Has a great speed control and the battery really lasts. The only negative is the weight, although compact when folded it is heavy and awkward to pick up and put in car. However this is a small price to pay for the comfort and low cost of purchase.

A possible death trap
I know the picture looks odd, the clingfilm was to make sure it would keep working in the rain/be rechargeable afterwards (the removable battery had proven to be a bit of an issue in the rain without a clingfilm cover), but the key issue I have had with this scooter is that only having purchased it in August, the metal holding the seat onto the rest of the frame has fully sheared off which sent me flying off the scooter backwards in a rather alarming fall. I use crutches as well and one of these is now bent out of shape due to myself and the scooter landing on it.I am lucky that, although I'm disabled, I'm still quite young and spry. If I had been older and frailer I could very easily believe this could have killed me due to the fall onto the hard pavement.I think it still merits the single star because, beyond the scooter trying to kill me, it folds and unfolds conveniently and goes at a decent pace, however the light system to show battery reserves is utterly nonsensical.

Look for faulty wiring near the steering column
After unpack the scooter charged the battery put it in place but no power to the drive yet the remote fold worked fine after wiggle the wires at the bottom of the steering column the battery meter came to life and it worked, but when I used it once again it stopped unfortunately in the middle of a pelican crossing thankfully my son was with me and pushed me to safety I've asked the company for help but it's non return and so far no real help
