Wore this for a Bridgerton-themed party and was so impressed! The material looked much nicer in person than I expected for a costume — it had a great feel and appearance. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Highly recommend for any Regency-style event!

I ordered two of these costumes, each a different size because I wasn’t sure if they would fit well.My adult daughter (who is also attending the pirate party) grabbed one and took off with it! When she emerged from her room dressed in it (even though it is supposed to be a man’s costume) I almost hit the floor as to how STUNNING SHE LOOKED IN IT!!! She has ordered a bicorn hat and black ruffled shirt and perfect boots to complete the outfit. She looks fantastic!I can’t say enough praise for the quality and workmanship that went into making this costume! It is very substantial and so velvety feeling. It is also completely lined which really indicates the quality of it! Also the ornate gold pattern is embroidered, again quality!! We are going to enjoy wearing this costume for years to come!There may be a contest at the party for best costume, which I believe we will win hands down!!!Definitely keeping both costumes and loving them!!!Also the costumes arrived earlier than originally scheduled, again quality!!If I had a picture of her in the costume, I would post it. Sadly I don’t and she prefers not to post it.I ordered the maroon colored version because I wanted the ornateness of the gold embroidery. It is just spectacular….I forgot to mention the attention to detail with the many buttons and the vest being true brocade. There’s so much detail that their photos don’t do them justice. And the price can’t be beat with that kind of quality!We both just love the costumes. My husband was actually jealous because he didn’t get one, but he chose not to go on the cruise where the pirate party is going to be held.If you are looking for a well made costume for long term role playing events, this is the one! You will not be disappointed in this purchase! Everyone will think you spent an inordinate amount of time and money in making this costume because of how great it looks and it will give you much pleasure in wearing it for quite some time!I can praise this because I worked as a seamstress for a movie studio and have years of experience in costume making!

Excellent quality & fit! I wear an L/XL but ordered a XXL. Perfect fit. Can’t wait to wear to the Bridgerton event.

Very good-looking coat, fits very well and the material is not bad.Is a little better than just a costume but not at the same level as a real coat.So basically for parties, events or maybe Halloween is a great choice.

Turned out great and fit me perfectly. I went one size up from what I usually wear in T-shirts and had no issues. The jacket isn't the most breathable if you're using it at the renaissance festival, but the pants and shirt were breathable to make up for this.
