Great PSU
Solid PSU. Super quiet, works flawlessly, and setup is straightforward. I’ve bought a few of these now for different builds and haven’t had a single issue—no coil whine, no failures, just stable clean power. Definitely one of my go-to choices.

wonderful
The be quiet! BN517 Straight Power 12 is an exceptional PSU for high-performance systems. With a 1200W output and 80 Plus Platinum efficiency, it easily powers my gaming rig and ensures minimal energy wastage. The modular design is a huge bonus, making cable management clean and hassle-free.What stands out the most is how quiet it is, even under heavy loads. True to its name, the PSU runs almost silently, which is perfect for anyone who values a quiet workspace or gaming environment. The ATX 3.0 support also ensures compatibility with the latest components, making it future-proof for upcoming builds.Build quality is top-notch, and the inclusion of premium cables adds to the overall value. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase—it's a solid investment for enthusiasts or professionals looking for reliability and performance.

No issues so far...and it IS quiet!
So far, so good. I haven't built a system since 2015 and things have come a long way since then. The modular cabling for me is a revelation, since it helps reduce the clutter of cable runs I don't need. Mounting was a little off but that was due to the case, not the power supply.I have no real way of testing it but, with the i9-13900KF processor, a Radeon graphics card, and (for now) m2 SSD, the 850 watts far exceeds my power needs, and it is working reliably and running cool. And as it says on the tin...it's quiet!

Excellent High Quality Power Supply
I needed this item when my NZXT PSU failed after only 10 months of regular use. I was in the middle of very important work related projects and needed a replacement right away. Amazon same day delivery and the availability of this high end product saved the day. This PSU is a highly rated and fairly priced item that lives up to its name, Be Quiet!, by operating in absolute silence while delivering lots of power. The included cables are also high quality with sleeves and plenty of them.

Quiet and works
I have a be Quiet! CPU fan and cooler so I figured I'd go for the PSU as well, after my old Corsair finally bit the bucket! This is a welcome upgrade. It's modular so my cables aren't a mess and I'm only using what I need. As far as I can tell it's also quiet as the brand name suggests (just like the CPU cooler). I had no trouble installing and hooking things up. Maybe there was some confusion for some of the pin configurations, but I figured it out in the end. Making sure your system is compatible goes a long way.

Works great! Small issue with cables
Great power supply, quiet, doesn't make noise when under load (heavy gaming), looks like it's built with quality. I'd say it's worth the money, at least based on my experience so far.I have an issue with its cables (see photo) -- they are all really long and firm, which might be a plus for some people, but particularly the GPU cables are causing problems for me: the 8-pin that goes into the graphics card supplemental power socket is very firm it goes at 0 degree angle w.r.t. the card which makes the cable stick out way past the left-side case wall border of the case and I can't bend the cable to fit. I don't usually close that wall, but even now I'm worried about pushing the case too hard against the desk and damaging my graphics card (imagine the lever against the PCI-e port, especially given how heavy the cards are by themselves...). Anyway, would be nice to engineer and include some sort of 90-deg plug option -- I can't even find one on Amazon so far..
