I'm 190 lbs average size. I bought a large but should've went XL. Heck even XXL is nice when it comes to rash guards that way you have room for comfort.

Owned for a few months now and wow! The stitching has held up from some heavy roll times on the mat. Washer and dryer approved. No shrinking! The look is also unique and cool looking.

Fits well, never gets caught on any fingers or toes whenever I'm rolling. Long sleeves prevent my arm hair from getting tugged on as well. However several times throughout a training session I'd have to pull it down again so the lockdown band can try and hold it in place again.

I'm 5'9", 150 lbs. and the medium fits me perfect. Nice tight fit, and high quality material. A bit expensive, but this was the only Nylon rash guard I could find. I avoid Polyester because it is estrogenic.
