I love this fan! It's easy to assemble and can be put together quickly with the video or instruction provided. This fan is very quiet but windy enough, it has six gears to adjust and it's remote controlled and doesn't require a pull cord to adjust. The light is just right that it doesn't glare. I installed it in the living room and it fits perfectly.

So the fan itself is actually fantastic. The light is really bright and even the lower speeds put out a lot of wind. The remote control is easy to use and has a lot of useful settings. However installing it was a huge pain because the instructions are absolute garbage. They really need somebody who is a native English speaker to properly translate this as it looks like it went through something like Google translate.

After noticing the on line images of this ceiling fan's sleek, modern design, I realized that it's dimensions were perfect for a section of the small space upstairs. Noticing the leaf shaped fan blades, also attracted me to this product. Considering the record breaking, sweltering heat, during the past few days, this ceiling fan is just what the upstairs needs to maintain a reasonable level of air circulation. Eventhough the leaf shape blades remind me of the outdoors, the fan is designed to cool things off indoors. Considering the sweltering heat, the fan install has been met with more challenges than anticipated.A professional install is anticipated sooner rather than much later. Attempts to assemble this fan have been delayed due to install challenges. (Still waiting for electrician to reschedule- therefore images of installation will be forthcoming)Will submit update after successful installation. Thank you

This is a very nice looking fan. It is balanced and quiet. With six speeds it should be able to move as much or as little air as you want. There are no instructions about the light settings, but by reading the questions here I found that pressing the light button repeatedly changes the light temperature. I have found no way to dim the light, which is very bright. That’s the one disappointment. According to my husband the wiring diagram to follow is the one that is pasted to the receiver. The three diagrams don’t agree with each other and use non-standard colors. I have to praise the packaging, a large block of foam with snug spaces for each component. My biggest concern it that if anything goes wrong with the remote in a few years time there may be no way to replace it. Overall this fan is a good value.

This is a pretty excellent ceiling fan. As a novice DIYer, I can say that it is relatively simple to install. The illumination is excellent and is not at all noisy. Controlling it via a remote or an app is always a benefit!

We love this fan. It is very nice looking. The fan was easy to install, and it has great features. If you are looking for a quick, easy way to upgrade your living space, this is a wonderful upgrade!

I've thought about adding a ceiling fan to my living room for years. I have a beam running down the center of the room so that always deterred me. I don't have high ceilings either so I wasn't positive I could find anything that would work well in the space. I got this on a whim because I'm tired of the stagnant, closed window summer air in my living room. Old houses keep cool if you close the windows and shades, but no one mentions the lack of air movement. I needed movement in my life. My boyfriend helped me install it. We removed the 'boob' light that I never use, I'm just not an overhead light in the living room person so I was happy to see it go. My boyfriend absolutely hated the directions, or lack there of. We had to go back and forth to figure out certain things. The wiring was easy but it took longer than expected to install overall. After we got it in there securely, I was thrilled!!I like that it has a remote, though its a bit oddly designed. This says it's dimmable but after fiddling around, I think it's only with a dimmer switch on the wall. I couldn't figure out any other way to dim it. You can cycle through from warm to cool light by turning the light on and off with the remote. I'm a big 'fan' of the fact it's reversible, pushing air down or pulling it up. That will come in handy for different seasons. It's also very quiet which is great. This 42' size is perfect for my small living room. It looks really nice and the shorter pole(two are included) worked around the beam on the ceiling just fine. I'm very happy I finally decided to get a ceiling fan for the living room. Well priced and a good lookin' ceiling fan.

As usual anymore, the directions aren't the clearest. While it's pretty straight forward for assembling the fan, the wiring diagram is interesting. I keep an extension cord, that I got on Amazon, that's about 2 feet long and has three wires exposed at one end. I use it to pre-wire things like this fan prior to putting it in place. That way I can be sure of the correct wiring before I'm standing on a ladder trying to hold things in place while wiring. Hate to make a mistake and have to start over. The fan is very quiet and is easy to operate. The light brightness is surprising, but I keep it on medium when using. Works well in the kitchen.
